Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Our standard delivery times range from 7 to 15 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping options may apply based on active store promotions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can monitor your delivery directly through the link provided.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Koala Babycare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees, etc.). International shipments may occasionally face customs delays outside of our control; we ask for your patience during these rare events.

Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
